Anyone can generate a confident paragraph about an artist. These are the things that make a score worth acting on.
Three businesses, three rubrics
An artist, a songwriter and a producer are not the same bet and are not scored as one. The same person can rate high as a writer and thin as a producer — and the file will say so.
A confidence figure on every attribute
Star power is scored on shape separately from present proof, so a four-thousand-listener artist can rate highly and the file still tells you how much of that is inference.
Ask any number why
Every score carries the justification behind it. A briefing you cannot interrogate is an opinion with a font.
Take the number into a room and somebody will ask you why. The answer is on the file, in a sentence you can push back on.
The second read
Run it again in six weeks.
One score is an opinion with a date on it. Two are a direction — which attribute moved, by how much, and the evidence that moved it. That is how you tell somebody who is good from somebody who is getting better while nobody is looking.
